Hot Runner Heaters & Bushes
Elmec Hot Runner
Heaters are made of helically wound nickel-chrome resistance wire
evenly stretched and strung through highly pure MgO core. This element
assembly is centrally placed in chrome nickel steel tube and filled
with specifically selected high grade MgO powder. It is then subjected
to drawing and swaging process for compacting MgO core, MgO powder and
heating element to a solid mass, producing a rugged and durable Hot
Runner Heater. Hot runner Heaters with inbuilt thermocouples are also
available. Hot Runner Bushes are produced with Hot Runner Heaters of
different cross sections with inner brass bush and outer SS shell.
